O.k. Sooo…. I make alot of Pancakes!! It’s an easy go to healthy breakfast and can be used as a snack for the week!! Double WIN! Plus all my pancakes are great on their own without any syrup. My kids don’t know what syrup is…shhh….. On to the recipe, this recipe I’ve made with tahini in it to give it some extra nutrients especially Calcium as my kids don’t drink milk so I get it in where ever I can.
Peanut butter tahini pancakes
3 Tblsp Peanut Butter
1 Tblsp Tahini
2 Cups Oats
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
Blend them all up in a blender, until combined, you may have to scrape down the sides and blend again.
Pop some coconut oil in the pan warm it up, grab a spoon to scoop out the batter or pour it out into the pan and cook.
When you see bubbles appearing on the sides of the pancakes flip them. Give them another 1-2 minutes on the other side and you’re done.
